What payment methods are accepted by ALOF?

On the Alof website, you can use the following payment methods when shopping:

• Credit and debit cards:
  MasterCard, Visa.
• Electronic payment systems:
  Payments can also be made via Google Pay and Apple Pay.

During payment, you will be asked to provide:

• Card number
• Card expiration date
• Security code (CVV)
  You must enter this information into the appropriate fields on the payment page.

Is my payment secure?

All payments made on alof.az are securely processed. The padlock icon next to the address bar and the use of “https” in the website URL indicate a secure connection. ALOF has implemented specific security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and use. However, the transmission of data over the internet cannot be considered completely secure. Any information you share online may, in rare cases, be accessed and misused by third parties.

Do you accept international bank cards?

Yes, we accept international bank cards. However, when placing your order, you must correctly enter the international billing address associated with your card.

Can I place an order using someone else’s bank card?

Yes, this is possible. In this case, please ensure the correct billing address linked to the card is provided.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after you confirm your order.

What is the security code of my payment card?

To protect online transactions, a confidential code consisting of 3 or 4 digits is used.
You can find this code:

• On the back of your card in the signature panel (3 digits, e.g., Visa or MasterCard).
• Or on the front of the card above the card number (4 digits, e.g., American Express).
